Senior MuleSoft Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Own the integration lifecycle, including API design, flow development, deployment, observability, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with enterprise architects, application teams, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and reusable integration assets.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners (product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders) to translate ambiguous requirements into well‑engineered solutions.
• Raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
• Bring strong engineering discipline, clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of integration experience with a strong focus on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and Mule runtime.
• Solid understanding of API‑led connectivity and RAML/OAS API design.
• Hands‑on experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment.
• Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and Anypoint API Manager.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD for MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with event‑driven integration using Anypoint MQ or Kafka.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience integrating with major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).

Qualifications (Preferred)

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect credentials.
• Exposure to multi‑cloud deployment of Mule runtimes.
• Familiarity with FinOps and integration cost management.
• Experience implementing zero‑trust API security models.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs on the Anypoint Platform.
