Senior MSL/MSL- Allegheny (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Rochester)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior MSL/MSL- Allegheny (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Rochester) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will serve as a key scientific field partner, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the assigned territory. You will lead scientific exchange, translate complex medical information into clear education, and help identify unmet educational needs in the therapeutic area. The position also supports territory planning, congress preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to advance medical strategy and field impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Become an expert in the therapeutic area and identify educational gaps
• Educate and engage in scientific exchange, delivering presentations
• Create and execute territory-specific medical plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and advise internal stakeholders
• Conduct strategic planning and analysis for scientific congresses
• Develop scientific and medical content and support cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or other advanced healthcare degree; relevant experience may also be considered
• 2+ years of experience in medical affairs or field medical roles for MSL level
• 4+ years of experience for Senior MSL level with proven high performance
• Strong interpersonal and scientific communication skills
• Ability to present complex information clearly
• Experience in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology preferred
