About the role
Help a family through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. When an older adult moves into senior living, it is almost never just about boxes. It is a lifetime of belongings, decisions, and emotions, and the family is often overwhelmed. You are the calm, kind presence that makes it manageable.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside clients and families to sort, pack, and label belongings with patience and care
- Unpack and resettle the new home so it is fully move-in ready: beds made, kitchen organized, photos hung
- Bring steadiness and warmth to an emotional day, and know when to listen and when to keep things moving
- Cook up with our move manager and the receiving senior living community so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Genuinely enjoy older adults and have the patience for an emotional, sometimes slow-moving day
- Can stay active, on your feet, lifting and carrying boxes across a roughly 6-hour shift
- Are organized, dependable, and follow through on what you say you will do
Qualifications
- Reliable personal transportation and a working smartphone are required
- A background check is required

Pay
