About the role

Responsibilities
- Design polished UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions across our product
- Create loading states, onboarding flows, and subtle moments of delight that elevate the user experience
- Define scalable motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy, responsiveness) that engineers can implement consistently
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to ship production-ready animations
- Create on-brand motion assets for product launches, website, social media, paid campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Produce marketing videos and motion showcases that clearly communicate our product’s value
- Translate our visual identity into a cohesive, scalable motion language across all touchpoints
- Optimize animations for performance across platforms
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional motion design experience
- A strong portfolio showing both product/UI motion and brand/marketing work
- Experience creating motion for interfaces and storytelling-driven campaigns
- Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for visual consistency
- Deep understanding of animation principles and how they translate to digital products
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Self-directed, organized, and confident owning motion as a discipline
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience with Rive (strong plus)
- Familiarity with Lottie, Framer Motion, CSS-based animations, or similar
- Ability to balance visual quality with performance considerations
