Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing advanced simulation models to support critical decision-making processes in complex systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate models, analyze data, and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain simulation models using industry-standard tools and languages.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable simulations.
• Perform data analysis and interpret results to inform strategic decisions.
• Document methodologies and findings for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in simulation engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar simulation software.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
