Experience Required

• 3 years of full-time Winnebago experience coupled with special skills.
• A background in general construction techniques with an emphasis on cabinet build and set.

Special Skills or Tools Required

• Must be able to read and interpret floorplans, layouts, and navigate Teamcenter.
• Self-motivation with effective communication and analytical/problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment.
• Possesses a keen sense of personal responsibility and commitment to work outcomes.

Use of various hand and power tools, including screw guns, drills, saws, sanders.
