Senior Mobile Developer

For our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural discussions, aligning software design with business goals
• Solve complex technical challenges and make decisions regarding technology and system architecture
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to standards

Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin and Swift, with a strong grasp of modern programming constructs like coroutines and async/await
• Experience building production UI with Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI, focusing on state management
• Familiar with architectures such as MVVM and Composable Architecture, as well as dependency injection frameworks like Koin
• Skilled in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, using tools like Retrofit on Android and URLSession on iOS
• Experienced in mobile testing across various levels using frameworks like JUnit and XCTest
• Knowledgeable in automated CI/CD processes for multi-target applications using tools such as Fastlane and Bitrise
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and AI-directed prompt engineering

Pay

$125,000 – $135,000 annually
