Senior MLOps & Generative AI Engineer - Remote

MLOps Engineering

Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, governance, and automation.

Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance in healthcare environments (PHI, HIPAA).

Generative AI Engineering

Architect, deploy, and optimize GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.

Collaboration

Collaborate with AI Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product teams to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in production software/ML systems.
• 1+ year in production GenAI or LLM applications.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience with EPIC, HIPAA, and AI governance.
• GPU optimization, multi-agent systems, event-driven architectures, or model fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF).
• Mentoring experience.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree accepted.

Compensation

Base pay: $91,416.00 - $152,380.80 annually (Full Time).
