About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement 3D reconstruction and mapping modules from sensor data
- Build and automate lane line annotation pipelines using the latest machine learning models
- Develop pose estimation algorithms for localization and scene reconstruction
- Lead projects, mentoring less experienced engineers during execution
- Stay updated on AI and ML advancements relevant to autonomous driving and mapping
- Develop offline perception models using rigorous software processes
- Assess data readiness and governance for large datasets used in analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience or 3+ years with a Master's in the relevant field
- Proficiency in lane line annotation creation and automatic mapping
- Familiarity with machine learning models for lane line detection and creation
- Experience with pose estimation and related technologies
- Working knowledge of MLOps, distributed machine learning frameworks, and development tools
Pay
$177,300 – $212,800 annually
