Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary scheduler for multiple, concurrent complex defense programs
  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimization
  • Leveraging Palantir's "Foundry" to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executive-level visual products
  • Developing advanced reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBI
  • Using PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline program management processes
  • Providing periodic database management support and assisting with SharePoint site administration
  • Operating independently—translating abstract, high-level objectives into complete, functioning tools without step-by-step guidance

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field and 12+ years of engineering experience – Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in STEM + 20+ years of experience may be considered
  • Extensive experience serving as the primary scheduler for multiple simultaneous complex programs
  • Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Active security clearance at the required level (e.g., TS/SCI) or ability to obtain this clearance
