About the role

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. This role drives workflow automation, application modernization, and process transformation initiatives while leveraging Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Power Platform expertise with strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to deliver scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on complex Software Engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
  • Resolve complex situations with a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Drive workflow automation, application modernization, and process transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • 3+ years of combined Power Automate/Apps experience with MS Fabric and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
