Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Exchange migration projects.
- Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid environments.
- Plan migration activities, cutovers, and post-migration support.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Troubleshoot messaging, mail flow, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and Microsoft 365 teams.
- Prepare migration documentation and implementation runbooks.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Microsoft Exchange Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Exchange.
- Proven expertise in Exchange migrations (On-Premises, Hybrid, Exchange Online, Cross-Organization).
- Experience with mailbox/public folder migrations, migration planning, cutover, rollback, and post-migration validation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and Active Directory.
- Expertise troubleshooting mail flow, SMTP, connectors, Outlook, Autodiscover, and Hybrid configurations.
