Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare technical documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead Dynamics 365 CE technical deliveries and ensure best practices
- Document and maintain architectural documentation
- Identify and implement code optimization strategies
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
Qualifications
- 10+ years in large-scale software design and implementation
- 8+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- 5+ years using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform tools
- Experience with data modeling and integration in Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
