Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and identity governance.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and manage Windows, macOS, and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Implement Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Configure and support Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
- Develop PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph solutions.
- Support Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, monitoring, backup, and automation.
- Develop Power BI dashboards for operational, compliance, and cost reporting.
- Implement Zero Trust security aligned with NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-207, and FedRAMP Moderate.
- Produce SOPs, architecture diagrams, DR procedures, and incident response playbooks.
- Support audits, change management, and after-hours maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise Microsoft infrastructure experience.
- Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Experience managing enterprise environments with 700+ endpoints.
- Expertise with Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Azure, and PowerShell.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture and Federal cybersecurity standards.
