Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Perform comprehensive Microsoft 365 tenant health reviews and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct security, compliance, and governance assessments and implement best practices to strengthen the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents, service disruptions, and cloud-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and change records.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and operational health.
- Assist with planning and implementing Microsoft cloud technologies, migrations, and modernization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and Microsoft best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience administering Microsoft enterprise cloud environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Intune
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise cloud environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone work schedule.
Required Certifications
- Candidates must possess current Microsoft certifications appropriate for the role, including:
- One current Microsoft 365 or Azure Administration certification, such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- AND
- One current Microsoft Security or Identity certification, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401)
