Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Perform comprehensive Microsoft 365 tenant health reviews and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Conduct security, compliance, and governance assessments and implement best practices to strengthen the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents, service disruptions, and cloud-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and change records.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to support planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and operational health.
  • Assist with planning and implementing Microsoft cloud technologies, migrations, and modernization efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and Microsoft best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience administering Microsoft enterprise cloud environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone work schedule.

Required Certifications

  • Candidates must possess current Microsoft certifications appropriate for the role, including:
    • One current Microsoft 365 or Azure Administration certification, such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
    • AND
    • One current Microsoft Security or Identity certification, such as:
      • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
      • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
      • Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401)
