About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and operational transition for a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant
• Guide executive discussions on collaboration and modernization strategies
• Architect security, governance, and automation for Microsoft 365 services
• Develop enterprise policies for collaboration and data protection
• Implement governance for Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven workflows
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with Dynamics 365 and business applications
• Create engineering documentation including governance playbooks and automation runbooks

Requirements

• BA + 15 years or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture and modernization
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity
• Expert in Microsoft 365 components like SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online
• Strong background in implementing and migrating O365 services
• Proven customer-service skills with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts

Pay

$114,600 – $252,100 annually
