Duties/Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 & Identity
- Own the M365 tenant end to end: users, groups, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender
- Manage the full Entra ID identity lifecycle: provisioning, offboarding, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and SCIM
- Maintain and enforce security and compliance policies across the M365 environment
- Endpoint & Device Management
- Procure, enroll, configure, and manage the end device fleet across Mac and Windows
- Enforce device compliance policies via Intune and Jamf Pro
- Manage Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot enrollment workflows
- Own asset tracking, warranty management, and device refresh cycles
- Employee Experience
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for employee technology issues: you own it until its closed
- Deliver a best-in-class new hire technology experience on day one
- Own IT onboarding and offboarding end to end: from pre-day-one provisioning and equipment readiness through full access revocation, device retrieval, and account deactivation at separation
- Use Claude daily to accelerate documentation, troubleshooting, scripting, and communication
- Maintain documentation that is useful
- 6+ years of deep, hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Expert-level knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Strong Entra ID depth: Conditional Access, identity governance, SSO federation, SCIM provisioning
- Intune endpoint management including compliance policies, app deployment, and configuration profiles
- Jamf Pro experience for Mac fleet management
- Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot fluency
- Active Claude user: you use it to move faster, write better, and solve harder problems
- AZ-104 or SC-300 certification
- Experience in a defense or national security environment
- Familiarity with Cyber Essentials Plus or CMMC 2.0 compliance frameworks
- PowerShell scripting comfort

- Hearing & Speech: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, via telephone, and through video conferencing platforms; ability to hear and understand spoken information in a professional setting
- Lifting: Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (e.g., files, documents, office supplies)
- Concentration: Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a professional office or remote work environment
