Senior Meta Ads & Funnel Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads & Funnel Strategist to manage our internal advertising campaigns. This is a part-time contractor position with up to 10 hours per week, compensated at $2,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall Meta Ads strategy for StrouseHouse
• Manage between $10,000 and $25,000 in monthly ad spend
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize all Meta campaigns
• Create weekly content plans for our video and design teams
• Develop new offers, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative testing ideas
• Create landing pages and complete lead-generation funnels
• Create email and text follow-up sequences inside GoHigh
• Level-up the entire sales funnel from first ad impression to a qualified sales appointment
• Maintain tracking and attribution systems
• Monitor lead quality, booked appointment costs, show rates, and campaign-generated revenue
• Identify problems across the entire funnel and recommend solutions
• Report campaign and funnel results every week
• Develop a clear weekly testing and optimization plan
• Develop organic content ideas that build trust, answer objections, and help our sales team close more deals

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience working with GoHighLevel platform
• A proven record of generating B2B leads or high-ticket appointments
• Strong experience building landing pages and lead-generation funnels
• Experience building email and SMS automations inside GoHighLevel
• A strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Ability to develop offers, creative strategies, and testing plans
• The ability to analyze the entire sales funnel, not just Ads Manager
• Strong written communication and weekly reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance
• Experience marketing to law firms, doctors, or other professional service businesses is strongly preferred
