Senior MEP Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager II to lead MEP projects or MEP scopes on data center projects. Key responsibilities include project financial management, coordination, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise project financial health - Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections - Allocate project estimates into the financial system - Handle subcontracts and suppliers - Manage budget and select trade partners and suppliers - Oversee 3-D coordination process

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or related field - Ten years construction management experience, preferably in MEP - Five years experience building data centers - Basic understanding of construction law and business practices - Microsoft Office proficiency - Positive attitude and strong customer service skills - Ability to interpret and communicate company policies

Pay Range

- SR MEP PM I: $144,300 - $216,500 - SR MEP PM II: $158,900 - $238,400
