Senior Medical Science Liaison - Solid Tumor - Southern CA/AZ

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a life sciences environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply subject matter expertise and communication skills to support medical strategies for oncology compounds
• Develop relationships with thought leaders to align on US medical affairs strategies
• Gather and provide medical insights to support life-cycle management of oncology products
• Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance productivity within US Medical Affairs Oncology
• Engage in scientific discussions about treatment guidelines and the company oncology products with healthcare providers
• Formulate and execute a territory engagement plan that aligns with US Field Medical objectives
• Document insights from healthcare professional interactions promptly and accurately

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required; doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or DMP/ARNP)
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare, clinical, or related experience required
• Experience in Oncology is required, with a focus on CRC and Lung therapeutic areas preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to foster trust and respect
• Strong technical and scientific knowledge to communicate effectively with KOLs and various internal and external stakeholders

Pay

$169,400 – $266,200 annually
