Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture peer relationships with healthcare providers and KOLs
- Understand regional medical landscapes and care specialties for OSA
- Create and implement tactical plans to support the medical community aligned with company goals
- Aid in clinical development efforts and support ongoing studies and registry initiatives
- Collaborate on Medical Affairs initiatives, including education and publication efforts
- Identify and prioritize thought leaders in accordance with strategic objectives
- Supply current medical information and expertise to stakeholders, ensuring balanced communication
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (M.D., Ph.D., PharmD) required, preferably in a medical-related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical or medical affairs within the medical device industry
- Preferred clinical or research experience in sleep medicine or surgery
- Prior experience in medical device product launches strongly preferred
- Strong network-building skills with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a compliant, cross-functional environment
- Excellent time management and independent working skills
