(Senior) Medical Science Liaison - North Central: South (US, OH, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati)

For our client, we are seeking a (Senior) Medical Science Liaison - North Central: South (US, OH, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based role will serve as a regional scientific expert, helping advance oncology education and engagement across a defined territory. The position partners closely with sales, internal learning teams, and external healthcare professionals to strengthen scientific understanding and support business objectives. It also requires staying current on emerging research, conference insights, and developments in molecular oncology and genomic testing. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Support sales and educational objectives as a regional scientific expert in oncology assays Facilitate education for healthcare providers through presentations and scientific discussions Provide scientific education for internal teams in collaboration with Learning & Development Attend and summarize key scientific meetings and conferences Share market intelligence and updates on medical and scientific knowledge with stakeholders Qualifications Advanced scientific or medical degree: PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSN Fundamental understanding of molecular oncology and cancer biology Existing relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Working knowledge of genomic laboratory testing and relevant regulations Strong public speaking and communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and training abilities Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology in healthcare Field-based role offering flexibility in work environments Engagement with a broad network of oncologists and healthcare providers Focus on continuous education and professional development Chance to be part of a rapidly growing organization in the genomics space Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
