Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced data analysis initiatives, filtering and validating large, complex datasets to identify performance trends, risks, and strategic opportunities across claims and healthcare data.
- Oversee the development of well documented reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Perform and guide data extraction and validation using SQL, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of analytic outputs.
- Drive contract reconciliation activities and ongoing financial and operational performance monitoring, including management of KPIs and quality improvement indicators.
- Use data driven insights to optimize outcomes, inform strategic decision making, and support organizational success.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
Job Expectations
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
Preferred Expectations
- Direct experience managing value-based care payment reconciliation
