Senior Medical Director, Transplant Solutions - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Medical Director, Transplant Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior physician leader will provide strategic clinical guidance for transplant-related programs while helping shape standards that support quality, compliance, and performance improvement. The role partners closely with client medical directors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to evaluate cases, review outcomes, and inform clinical decision-making. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced transplant clinician who can translate medical expertise into operational insight and business value. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $292,300 – $438,500 annually Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership for transplant programs Lead expert panel discussions on clinical guidelines Educate stakeholders on industry trends and best practices Support business opportunities through clinical consultation Conduct case and performance reviews with clients Build relationships with client medical directors Analyze clinical and operational data for improvement Represent the organization at industry conferences Qualifications MD or DO degree required Current unrestricted physician license Board certified by an ABMS or AOA specialty board 5+ years of clinical experience in transplantation 5+ years in a physician leadership role Experience in clinical and operational data analysis Knowledge of NCQA, URAC, and CMS regulations Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution options Work-from-home flexibility within the U.S. Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
