This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic medical oversight for solid tumor oncology programs from early development through to registration
- Serve as the medical authority for assigned assets, ensuring scientific integrity and patient safety
- Guide clinical trial design, endpoint selection, and biomarker strategy
- Oversee medical monitoring and contribute to safety governance, including SMCs and DMCs
- Lead the development and execution of integrated clinical development plans aligned with medical needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality trial delivery
- Act as a key medical contributor in regulatory interactions with global health authorities
Qualifications
- MD or MD/PhD required; board certification in Oncology, Hematology-Oncology, or a related specialty required
- Advanced clinical training and experience in solid tumor oncology required
- 10+ years of clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience in oncology, focusing significantly on solid tumors, with a preference for thoracic oncology experience
- Demonstrated leadership in global clinical development and late-phase programs
- Proven experience with regulatory interactions and successful submissions
Pay
$308,000 – $462,000 annually
