Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care while mentoring and leading peers.
- Drive quality improvement and positive change across the clinic.
- Take initiative in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Perform the full scope of Medical Assistant I and II duties.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, or
- Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or
- Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, or
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
- 2 years of medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
- 2 years of experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
- 6 months of working experience in a PSJH clinic within the last 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Medical Assistant Certification (upon hire).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.30 - $45.57 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

- Full time.
- Day shift.
- On-site at So Lake Union Clinic-Seattle.
