Role Overview The Senior Medical Assistant (MA III) assists licensed practitioners in providing patient care, capable of performing all MA I and II duties. Key Responsibilities Serve as an informal leader and resource for Medical Assistants, offering support, guidance, and training.Proactively take initiative to improve clinic operations and patient experience.Assist in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.Act as an ambassador, change agent, and quality champion within the team. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program, registered medical assistant apprenticeship, or completed two years of military medical training.Within 30 days of hire: BLS certification from American Heart Association.At least 2 years of medical assisting experience in a clinic environment.Experience providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings and handling confidential information.
