Senior Mechanical Engineer – Electromechanical Systems

Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Design and develop advanced X-ray imaging and detection systems for security, transportation, and industrial use.Lead the mechanical design of complex electro-mechanical assemblies from concept to production.Create and analyze 3D models, perform tolerance analysis, and consider thermal and structural factors.Ensure designs adhere to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to support prototyping, testing, and field issue resolution.Drive continuous improvement to enhance system reliability, safety, and performance in mission-critical environments. Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical design experience, particularly with electro-mechanical assemblies.Proficiency in 3D modeling, tolerance analysis, and thermal and structural considerations.Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.Focus on reliability, safety, and performance improvements.
