What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in mechanical design of rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, HVAC/R systems, or similar)
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in mechanical, mechetronics, aerospace or aero-thermal engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB)
- Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T/tolerance analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver designs from concept through validation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional engineering environments
