Typical responsibilities
- Performing Field Surveys
- Developing Conceptual Designs and layouts with the support of an engineer for the following:
- Ductwork Distribution Systems
- Piping Distribution Systems
- Airflow and Piping Diagrams
- Pressurization Plans
- General Equipment Arrangement Plans
- Developing Details, Schedules, Sections, and Elevations
- Coordinating with other Discipline Engineers, Architects, and Contractors
- Reviewing Ductwork and Piping Shop Drawings
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressively responsible mechanical design experience, including the development of full design packages for technically complex building systems.
- Proficient with the latest version of REVIT 3D, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
- Proven ability to take ownership of mechanical design scope from conceptual layout through construction documents, with minimal oversight.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
