- Review and verify all branch timesheets for final data entry submission to County Payroll Department to ensure accurate payments.
- Track and process benefit time, medical leaves, and Family Medical Leave (FML) with accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading standard contracts and legal agreements.
- Track contract execution stages (signatures, revisions, and approvals).
- Digitize, file, and index active and archived contracts.

Schedule

- Facilitate three one-hour AA classes, including "Open" and "12 Step" formats.
- Meet with inmates on all housing units who wish to engage in additional AA services.

- Act as backup to the Fair Hearing Liaison and provide Division representation at Fair Hearings in the absence of the Liaison.
