Senior MDM Steward

About the role

This role will guide enterprise master data management stewardship with a strong focus on patient identity resolution and provider data governance. The ideal candidate will help establish consistent decision-making standards, strengthen data quality, and partner closely with architecture and business stakeholders to improve enterprise data integrity. This position is well suited for someone who can lead cross-functional discussions, resolve complex data issues, and influence stewardship practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise MDM stewardship operations and adjudicate complex identity resolution scenarios
• Serve as the senior escalation point for patient identity management issues
• Own governance and integrity of the provider master data domain
• Provide leadership for provider data quality and governance initiatives
• Partner with Data Architecture to evaluate and tune matching configurations
• Establish and maintain enterprise standards for data stewardship decisions
• Define and govern master data quality standards and performance thresholds

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in master data management or data stewardship roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations
• Proficiency in data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with data quality tools and methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with Snowflake and data cataloging tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

$109,000 – $130,000 annually
