Senior Matrimonial Attorney (Hybrid)

About the role

We are a top-tier family and matrimonial law firm known for handling high-stakes, financially complex matters for discerning private clients. Our practice focuses exclusively on family law, allowing our attorneys to develop deep subject-matter expertise and deliver thoughtful, strategic representation in sensitive situations such as high-net-worth divorces, complex financial structures, custody disputes, and negotiated resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-stakes, financially complex matrimonial and family law matters
• Provide strategic representation and trusted advisory in sensitive client situations
• Maintain and grow a portable book of business ($250k+)
• Engage in litigation and court procedures

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of experience as a Matrimonial Attorney
• Portable book of business of at least $250k+
• Active member of the NY State Bar in good standing
• Proven experience in litigation and court procedures
