About the role
We are seeking an experienced Matrimonial and Family Law Attorney with a portable book of business ($250k+) to join our team. Our attorneys are trusted advisors on matters involving high-net-worth divorces, complex financial structures, custody disputes, and negotiated resolutions. Responsibilities
- Handle high-stakes, financially complex family law cases
- Develop deep subject-matter expertise in matrimonial and family law
- Collaborate with clients to achieve strategic outcomes
- Advise on matters involving high-net-worth divorces, complex financial structures, custody disputes, and negotiated resolutions
- Participate in litigation and court procedures
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 10+ years of experience as a Matrimonial Attorney
- Portable book at least $250k+
- Active member of the NY State Bar in good standing
- Proven experience in litigation and court procedures
