Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic services across all makes and models.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Provide accurate documentation of all services performed.
  • Complete work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical skills through ongoing training and certifications.
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
  • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ASE Certified Master Technician
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment
  • The ability to efficiently turn 40+ hours per week
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
