Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic services across all makes and models.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Provide accurate documentation of all services performed.
- Complete work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date technical skills through ongoing training and certifications.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certified Master Technician
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- The ability to efficiently turn 40+ hours per week
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
