We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. • . - Qualification Requirements: list of qualifications. Let's extract: - Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written. - Ability to speak effectively and respond to common inquiries or complaints from all levels of professional and support staff, clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. - Interpersonal communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with partners, attorneys, clients, and staff, and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy, and professionalism in these interactions. - Excellent organizational and planning skills to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. - Creative, solution-oriented mindset, motivated and energetic with the ability to work with little supervision and collaborate with other members of the team. - Demonstrate good judgment, tact, and flexibility under pressure in a mixed-matrix environment with many stakeholders and potentially competing priorities. - Detail oriented with a focus on providing a strong, error-free work product. - Ability to occasionally travel to the west coast offices and nationwide to provide support for meetings, events and programs. - Ability to multitask around both short and long-term deliverables, including reprioritizing and “switching gears” to accommodate needs. - Willingness and ability to work outside of normal business hours depending on needs and deadlines. - Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Law firm experience is highly desirable. - Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Foundation, CRM (Deal Cloud), email marketing (Concep, Vuture), project management (Monday.com) and Sharepoint a plus. Proven aptitude to learn new software applications. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with partners, associates, clients and staff, and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy and professionalism in these interactions. - Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. - Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. - OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES: many repeated items. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe combine qualification requirements?), Qualifications (education/experience?), Skills (technical, language, mathematical, reasoning, other skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler sections like Schedule if not present. No schedule info given. So omit Schedule. Pay: we have salary range: Chicago & Washington D.C.- $75,000-90,000 per year. So include Pay section. Benefits: there is a Benefits Offering paragraph with list. So include Benefits. Now we need to decide what goes into Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The posting has "Qualification Requirements" then bullet list of skills/abilities. Then "Education/Experience". Then "Technical Skills". Then "Language Skills". Then "Mathematical Skills". Then "Reasoning Ability". Then "OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES". So we could map: - Requirements: maybe the bullet list under Qualification Requirements (soft skills). Or we could treat that as Requirements. - Qualifications: Education/Experience. - Skills: Technical Skills, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES. But we must avoid duplication. The OTHER SKILLS repeats many of the earlier items; we could combine or just include unique items. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail, but we can combine similar items? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit details, but we can combine similar bullet points if they are essentially same? Might be risky. Safer to keep them as separate bullet points even if repetitive. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Repeating is okay. Thus we can have sections:

    Skills

    • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Foundation, CRM (Deal Cloud), email marketing (Concep, Vuture), project management (Monday.com) and Sharepoint a plus. Proven aptitude to learn new software applications. Familiarity with AP style.
    • Language Skills: Ability to speak effectively with attorneys, clients and professional and support staff. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with partners, associates, clients and staff, and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy and professionalism in these interactions.
    • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
    • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES: Demonstrated ability to multitask. Detail-oriented with solid time-management skills. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships. Excellent creativity; flexibility and persistence; motivation and energy with the ability to collaborate with other members of the team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
But note that many of these overlap with Requirements list. However we must preserve all info; duplication is okay. Now Benefits: we need to extract list. Benefits Offering paragraph: "Offering competitive pay and benefits, while providing a collegial and respectful work environment, is part of our commitment to fostering a workplace that values employees. Our Comprehensive And Competitive Benefit Program Includes Competitive salaries and a performance bonus programGroup health, dental, and vision insuranceMultiple plan options and various benefit levelsSame-sex domestic partner coveragePre-tax premiumsCoverage begins on date of hireGroup term life/AD&D and voluntary supplemental group universal life insuranceVoluntary accident insurance – self and familyLong-term care insuranceShort-term disability benefitsLong-term disability benefitsPre-tax benefit programs – dependent care, health care reimbursement and transit/qualified parking (in most cities)Retirement program – voluntary 401(k) plan" We need to split into list items. The text is jammed; we can separate by commas or line breaks. Let's create bullet points: - Competitive salaries and a performance bonus program - Group health, dental, and vision insurance - Multiple plan options and various benefit levels - Same-sex domestic partner coverage - Pre-tax premiums - Coverage begins on date of hire - Group term life/AD&D and voluntary supplemental group universal life insurance - Voluntary accident insurance – self and family - Long-term care insurance - Short-term disability benefits - Long-term disability benefits - Pre-tax benefit programs – dependent care, health care reimbursement and transit/qualified parking (in most cities) - Retirement program – voluntary 401(k) plan Now Pay: we have salary range: Chicago & Washington D.C.- $75,000-90,000 per year. We can put in

. Now we must not include Schedule. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, application process, etc. Remove "Application Process Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter in an application on our website. Baker & Hostetler LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also remove "About The Firm" paragraph? That's about the firm, not required. It's not a section heading we need; but we could include as part of About the role? Probably not needed; it's boilerplate about firm. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About The Firm" is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered extra; but it's substantive about the firm. However the instruction says to preserve ALL substantive information; but we are to output only the HTML fragment for the job posting. The "About The Firm" is not part of the job description; it's extra. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to omit it, as it's not directly
