Senior Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing marketing projects from conception to completion, overseeing teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and analytics
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing context
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
