Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign management, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and goals.

- Develop and maintain marketing databases and ensure data integrity.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
