Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and initiatives that accelerate brand experience through holistic brand messaging and marketing campaigns centered around the Masterbrand and year-round key sales drive periods.
- Manage global campaign strategy to drive business results across all owned and paid brand marketing channels, ensuring successful traffic and campaign objectives.
- Align US requests with the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team on product, timeline, and creative.
- Coordinate with Lines of Business (X-Category teams) on featured products and promotions.
- Collaborate with channel teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Communications) to implement campaigns in their areas.
- Work with the in-house design team and partner agency to finalize localized toolkits.
- Prepare and present content and analyses for recurring cross-functional meetings to drive actionable decision-making and recommendations.
- Manage and communicate the annual Brand Calendar.
- Hold bi-weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (Channel, XLOB, Ecom, etc.) to provide updates on corporate marketing and S.com activities.
- Execute S.com campaigns in collaboration with the S.com CX/UX team.
- Report and optimize campaigns in real-time, including daily reporting, optimization decisions, and issue escalation for quick resolution.
- Coordinate brand campaigns and available promotions with the ecommerce team.
- Work with external partners to execute programs based on partner contracts.
- Coordinate creative executions for LOBs to implement on advertising opportunities (e.g., in stadiums).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing and Project Management.
- Strong experience in Brand Marketing and Stakeholder Management.
- Creative experience and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
