Join Siemens Digital Industries Software’s growing and fast-paced Strategic Planning team, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing executive-level decisions. We're looking for someone who can not only execute deep-dive analyses with minimal oversight but also proactively connect the dots, anticipate needs, and articulate a compelling strategic narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Conduct comprehensive research and rigorous analysis on diverse strategic topics, including market and competitive landscapes, technology, geopolitical impacts, and more, synthesizing both internal and external data to uncover critical insights.
  • Shape Strategic Discussions: Transform complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level communications. Develop compelling storylines and presentations that facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Execute with Excellence: Take ownership of strategic projects and analyses, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness in identifying research methodologies and problem-solving approaches.
  • Organize for Success: Maintain meticulous organization of research, data, and project documentation, ensuring that information is readily accessible and well-structured for ongoing strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in market strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to senior leadership. Strong presentation skills are a must.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: A natural curiosity and ability to break down ambiguous problems, design effective research plans, and develop well-supported strategic recommendations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging various data sources and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights and support strategic hypotheses.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine interest in a broad range of strategic topics, from market dynamics to technological innovation.
  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Pay

$147,500 – $210,000 per year, plus 10–15% bonus potential.
