Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Scientist Location: Hialeah, FL Pay Rate: $36.51/hr W2 Duration: 1 Year Job Description Provide technical expertise to improve manufacturing process performance, efficiency, and product quality. Plan manufacturing operations and prepare process specifications and operating instructions. Define, document, and monitor scientific process parameters to ensure process safety, control, and performance. Conduct testing throughout the manufacturing process. Investigate manufacturing issues and develop technical solutions to improve processes. Education Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Science, or a related scientific field with 5+ years of relevant experience; orMaster's degree in a related scientific field with 3+ years of relevant experience. Required Skills 3-5+ years of relevant manufacturing or scientific experience, depending on degree. Background in biology, chemistry, medical science, or a related scientific discipline. Technical writing experience, including preparation of manufacturing specifications and operating instructions. Experience monitoring scientific parameters and conducting manufacturing process testing. Preferred Skills Experience working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
