I am currently partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected medical device manufacturing organization that is expanding its engineering team. Job Description

• Evaluating and improving existing processes to align with engineering intent
• Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Creating detailed technical documentation including work instructions and specifications
• Supporting production readiness with flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans
• Applying statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, and capability analysis
• Working closely with operators and production teams to implement Lean principles
• Supporting machine validation and production ramp up activities
• Acting as a technical resource for internal teams and customer related engineering issues

The Successful Applicant

• Proven expertise in CNC manufacturing within the life science industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process optimization
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming
• Knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments
