Senior Manufacturing Assembler
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- US citizenship required.
- IPC Cerification or experience required.
- Strong experience with soldering and electronic assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an asset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Your Challenge
- Assemble components into final configured products using process instructions, blueprints, and drawings.
- Utilize specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aids.
- Set up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipment.
- Perform rework on products based on test results following standard repair procedures.
- Incorporate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) into completed assemblies.
- Perform and record measurements to ensure product compliance.
- Inspect and verify product quality at required intervals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work performed.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to junior assemblers.
