Senior Managing SAP SNP Lead

Responsibilities

• Advise, design, and build solutions for SAP Data Quality, Data Migration, and Data Governance.
• Design and implement data management solutions using eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP, ensuring high-quality data governance and migration outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on SAP Data Quality, helping clients identify and address data quality issues and develop effective data governance strategies.
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks that meet client needs, leveraging SAP Extended EIM solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their data management needs, providing tailored solutions and guidance on SAP Extended EIM best practices.
• Deliver high-quality solution outcomes that meet client expectations, ensuring seamless data migration and integration with existing systems.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA migration projects using SNP CrystalBridge.
• Hands-on expertise in SNP CrystalBridge Transformation Platform, especially with Bluefield migration methodology.
• Proven experience in using SNP CrystalBridge for data transformation and system conversions (Bluefield, Shell, or Selective Migration).
• Strong understanding of SAP data models (Customer/Vendor/Material Master, Finance, etc.) and legacy system structures.
• Proven experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques.
• Deep expertise in SAP Extended EIM: eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP, with a strong focus on data quality, data migration, and data governance.
• Hands-on implementation experience designing and implementing data management solutions using SAP Extended EIM solutions.
• Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks leveraging SAP Extended EIM solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Experience with SAP Data Quality, including identifying and addressing data quality issues and developing effective data governance strategies.
• Certification in one or more SAP Extended EIM solutions (eHub, Syniti, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or SNP) is highly desirable.
