Senior Managing Consultant - Planning & Logistics

About the role

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, you will optimize and streamline supply chain planning and logistics operations to drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful transformation projects. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing warehouse and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction, leveraging a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful transformation projects, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive business transformation by developing and implementing process improvements that meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics operations, resulting in improved productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including knowledge of different aspects of supply chain planning, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation to develop recommendations for process enhancements.
• Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders to drive successful transformation projects.
• Experience in driving business transformation by developing and implementing process improvements that meet customer expectations.
• Experience with commercial supply chain software for planning and/or logistics such as SAP, O9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, Manhattan, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• Advanced supply chain knowledge, including deep expertise in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Deep expertise in data analysis and interpretation to drive business transformation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions in supply chain and logistics.
