Responsibilities

- Interpret clinical data into actionable insights for hospital executives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings focusing on hospital operations and clinical quality transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, CIC, Lean/Six Sigma) advantageous
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale implementation initiatives
- Ability to effectively partner with clinical and executive leaders to foster change
