You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze workforce data from various sources
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for key metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends in workforce data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning initiatives
- Generate insights and recommendations to enhance workforce effectiveness
- Lead meetings to share findings and influence decision-making processes
- Analyze departmental trends for ongoing historical trend analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or related field
- Preferred experience in the Physical Therapy/Healthcare industry or managing multi-site locations
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
