Senior Manager West Region Internal Communications

About the role

Develops and manages Internal Communications deliverables and staff including communications directed to physicians, board members, executive leadership, and all employees.

Responsibilities

• Manages the System Intranet site.
• Develops and drives the Intranet strategy to support System strategic objectives.
• Fulfills the role of executive editor and content developer for key internal publications and communications vehicles.
• Creates strategies and plans to enhance communications to employees.
• Educates employees about the power of the intranet, how to use it to drive employee engagement, and to drive success for System initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience required.
