About the role
We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering to be located in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform.
- Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Build and enhance AI agents supporting functional design, technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted software development.
- Lead global engineering teams and mentor technical talent while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities into the platform.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams. Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms. SAP certifications or cloud platform experience. Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
