About the role
The Senior Manager, Transportation Services will lead and elevate campus transportation operations at Creighton University.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily transportation and fleet operations, including shuttle services, vehicle lifecycle management, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement.
- Manage budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, data analytics, and customer-focused service enhancements.
- Serve as a key partner across campus and ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and university policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation operations, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong expertise in operations management, budgeting, customer service, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the university's approved driver standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to operate university vehicles.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.

Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time and based on Creighton University's main campus in Omaha, Nebraska.
